Early Life
Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, known professionally as Bad Bunny, was born on March 10, 1994, in Almirante Sur, Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. He was raised in a humble and close-knit family, his father a truck driver and his mother a retired schoolteacher. From an early age, he showed an interest in music and began singing in a church choir at the age of five.
Career
Bad Bunny's career began when he started releasing music on SoundCloud, a popular audio distribution platform. His first song, "Diles", caught the attention of DJ Luian who signed him to his record label, Hear this Music. His breakthrough came in 2017 with the single "Soy Peor", which peaked at number 22 on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart.
