Early Life
Justin Randall Timberlake was born on January 31, 1981, in Memphis, a city known for its rich musical history. His parents, Lynn Harless and Randall Timberlake, divorced when he was young, but both remained active in his upbringing. From an early age, Timberlake showed a strong interest in music, performing country and gospel songs at local talent shows.
Career Beginnings
Timberlake's first taste of fame came in 1993 when he was cast in The Mickey Mouse Club, a popular children's television show. Here, he performed alongside future stars such as Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and future *NSYNC bandmate, JC Chasez.
*NSYNC
In 1995, Timberlake and Chasez were recruited by boy band manager Chris Kirkpatrick to form *NSYNC. The group, which also included Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, and Kirkpatrick himself, quickly gained popularity with their catchy pop tunes and synchronized dance moves. Their self-titled debut album, released in 1998, sold over 10 million copies worldwide.
Solo Career
In 2002, Timberlake decided to pursue a solo career, releasing his debut solo album, "Justified". The album, which fused R&B, pop, and hip-hop elements, was a commercial success, selling over 10 million copies worldwide and earning Timberlake his first two Grammy Awards.
Acting Career
