History
Chelsea Football Club, commonly referred to as Chelsea, is a professional football club based in Fulham, London, England. The club was founded on March 10, 1905, by Gus Mears and his brother, Joseph Mears, who had purchased the Stamford Bridge athletics stadium with the aim of transforming it into a football ground Stamford Bridge.
Achievements
Chelsea has a rich history of achievements both domestically and in European competitions. In the domestic league, the club has won the English top-flight league six times. Their first league title came in the 1954-55 season under the management of Ted Drake, who modernized the club's approach to football and led them to their first major success.
