Algonquin College
History
Algonquin College, established in 1967, is a publicly funded college located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It was formed through the merger of the Eastern Ontario Institute of Technology (established in 1957) and the Ontario Vocational Centre (established in 1965). The college is named after the Algonquin First Nations, who are indigenous to the Ottawa Valley region.
Campuses
Algonquin College operates three main campuses: the Ottawa campus, the Pembroke campus, and the Perth campus.
Ottawa Campus
