== History ==
The Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism was established in 1971 through the support of United States Ambassador [[Walter Annenberg]]. The School is represented by the [[Annenberg Foundation]] and its trustees. In 1994, the school and many of its programs were named for Ambassador Annenberg in recognition of his generous support.
