== History ==
Newman College is a pre-kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational school, operated by the [[Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia|Catholic Education Commission]]. The school was established in 1977 in the suburb of Churchlands, a residential area in [[Perth, Western Australia|Perth]], Western Australia. The school's name is derived from Cardinal [[John Henry Newman]], a 19th-century English theologian and poet who was a significant figure in the [[Oxford Movement]].

== Campus ==
The campus of Newman College is spread over 20 hectares and includes facilities for both primary and secondary education.
