Howard Graham Buffett was born on December 16, 1954, in Omaha, Nebraska, to billionaire investor Warren and his late wife, Susan Thompson Buffett. He attended public schools in Omaha before enrolling at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. However, he did not graduate from the university, choosing instead to start a career in business and agriculture.
Business Career
Buffett began his career in the agribusiness sector, working for the Archer Daniels Midland Company. He later served on the board of directors for the Coca-Cola Company, a position he held for 17 years. In addition to his corporate roles, Buffett has been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures, including a stint as the owner and operator of a farm in Illinois.
