The Centennial Conference is an intercollegiate athletic conference affiliated with the NCAA's Division III. Established in 1981, the conference was initially formed to provide a structured and competitive environment for its member institutions, which are primarily located in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. The conference's founding members included Bryn Mawr College, Dickinson College, Franklin & Marshall College, Gettysburg College, Haverford College, Johns Hopkins University, Muhlenberg College, Swarthmore College, Ursinus College, and Washington College.
